Gentle chest opener: this is good for releasing tension in the shoulders and neck because it gently opens your chest muscles. Great to do after work, a long drive, or anytime you feel tension and stress.

Glut exercises:

Strengthening the gluts will help stabilize your entire body. I tell nearly everyone to do them because they are so important for reducing lower back pain, knee problems, and even pelvic floor pain.

Neck exercises:

These are very gentle and especially good for anyone with EDS or hyper mobility, but they are good for everyone!

Shoulder exercises: 

These exercises are really important to help stabilize the scapula (the shoulder blades). Strengthening the rhomboids and mid trapezius will take pressure off your neck and open up your chest.
