Glut exercises:
Strengthening the gluts will help stabilize your entire body. I tell nearly everyone to do them because they are so important for reducing lower back pain, knee problems, and even pelvic floor pain.

Neck exercises:
These are very gentle and especially good for anyone with EDS or hyper mobility, but they are good for everyone!

Shoulder exercises:
These exercises are really important to help stabilize the scapula (the shoulder blades). Strengthening the rhomboids and mid trapezius will take pressure off your neck and open up your chest.
